The Phoenix International Christian Film Festival is being hosted in Phoenix, Arizona, from August 23rd to 28th 2010. It's time for those of you who are film makers or video producers to start producing film and submitting those films. You can submit right now at www.christianfilmfest.org.

There’s going to be a lot of prizes, over 50 prizes, all will include some kind of a cash award, plus other gift awards, and distribution awards. But the main purpose of this festival is to create an atmosphere of encouragement for film makers and producers, because God is going to release revival in the earth through media. He's looking for a company of those who will serve him in the entertainment media realm to get his heart beat, his kingdom values, and his goodness out to the nations. Media today through movie theaters, through television, through radio, through the internet, through churches being used to release the media that God is producing, communities and nations can be transformed in a day. In the great awakening and other revivals in history sometimes it was just a sermon that was released that opened up the realm of glory in that day. Today it’s going to be media.

We're breaking forth into a realm that is going to be so amazing, where we are praying constantly right now for film producers, directors, for actors and actresses, to rise up into their place so that we can release the heartbeat of God; his heart, his mind, his understanding, this ways, his truth, his word, through entertainment media.

Many of you are probably very much involved with film producing on some level, maybe just through fooling around on your computer and working through a few little video things and putting them together. There’s a lot of young people, and in [the] film festival, there is an award for those who produce who are 18 years or younger, and there's going to be awards for that genre. There's going to be awards for people who come up with little webisodes, or even little inspirational spots, that might even be only a minute long. But they're looking for inspiration, for creativity, [they’re] looking for skill, and [they] are looking for feature films, documentaries, comedies. In fact, God who sits in the heavens, and he laughs, and through his laughter, he has the enemy in derision. He's been stirring [the] heart with things like this, little webisodes that have a ten minute web clip that portrays a value, or an acted out thing that then carries a trail through the next one, and the next one, where you become familiar with that person, that actor or actress, highlighted in that, that carries a message to the nations. Through social working and all the different ways we can get media out today we can literally fill with the knowledge and the glory. It only takes one or two or three films or pieces, little video clips that are favored by God, powered by God, to transform nations. Imagine being in a movie theater and all of a sudden the power of God comes in and explodes open to the fullness of revival and anointing.
